Special note to online customers: shipping rates continue to rise. My flat rate shipping price no longer covers my cost of shipping; however, for the time being, I am absorbing that cost into my overhead. Just wanted y’all to know. I appreciate your business. Keep those orders coming.
We are going through some very trying times, and we all need to pull together and help one another. A lot of the farmers markets I attend are closing or restricting access.
My pasta is higher in protein than store-bought brands and can be stored in your cupboard or pantry for several years.

My wife is immune-compromised, so I have to be extremely careful and take every precaution. I believe that buying local food is the smartest and safest way to eat. The less distance your food has traveled, the less chance it has of contamination.
